Swiss Made Manufacturing
All manufacturing processes are carried out in Switzerland to provide you with the best product and responsive service for:
- Cutting and bending of metal sheets,
- Electrolytic marking and/or screen printing of bases, inserts, and lids,
- Injection molding of PPSU profiles,
- Machining, deburring, washing, and assembly of supports,
- Final inspection,
- Packaging and shipping.

Speed
The project realization follows these steps:
- Choice of base and lid type (materials, thickness of metal sheets, type of closure, etc.),
- Proposal for the layout of instruments in baskets (layouts),
- Prototype creation and validation,
- Choice of marking type (color screen printing, electrolytic marking, etc.) and graphic charter,
- Production of the zero series.
Depending on the availability of our contacts, we can complete all five steps in 4 to 8 weeks.
Customization and Proximity
Our services are not limited to delivering quality baskets. We also work closely with each client to:
- Establish a CE and/or FDA validation file for ancillary products,
- Define washing and sterilization tests for ancillary products,
- Replace parts that hospitals may have damaged due to improper handling,
- Upgrade existing baskets if instruments evolve.
Innovation
Our baskets stand out from those of our competitors due to the following innovations:
- Metal handles attached to the basket rather than the lid (prevents the entire unit from falling if the lid is poorly closed),
- "T-latch" locking system, completely unbreakable,
- Torx screws with a custom-made convex head to prevent snagging,
- Metal sheet brushing to prevent sharp edges from pressing on the Pasteur packaging fields,
- Trays that are perfectly stackable, with or without lids,
- PPSU "footed" supports reducing the number of closed holes at the bottom of the base and hiding/protecting the visible ends of screws.
Often copied, but never equaled, these technical advantages are exclusive to our company.
