We offer numerous innovative solutions to properly hold instruments and ensure their secure retention during transport.
The trays can be assembled with supports made from PPSU, silicone, or metal.
Virgin and 100% pure material
All our supports are made from virgin and 100% pure material. Specifically, we do not reprocess machined PPSU waste or add any foreign components (such as fiberglass).
Examples of supports
Our supports can be screwed or riveted to the bottom of the tray.
PPSU Supports (Picture 01) |
The machined PPSU profiles are of the Sputnik type (footed supports) or SIB (T-shaped), available in blue, gray, or black. These designs ensure optimal instrument holding (particularly heavy instruments) while avoiding pressure. PPSU is the material that offers the best performance over hundreds of sterilization cycles. |
Silicone Supports (Picture 02) |
This system provides great flexibility in holding instruments, especially very thin instruments (screws, drills, etc.). Available in blue, gray, and black (other colors available upon request). |
Metallic Supports (Picture 03) |
This unbreakable material ensures exceptional durability. |
Custom Solutions
We also offer specific supports for certain types of instruments, such as:
Ino Clips (Picture 04) | PPSU supports designed to clip acetabular reamers. |
Apollos (Picture 05) | Stainless steel supports that securely hold trial heads. |
Rack (Picture 06) | A hybrid plastic-steel system designed to hold screws or spinal cages. |
