Building on 15 years of experience in the field of orthopedics, Aad van Delzen and his wife Liesbeth founded NTOC Medische Techniek BV in 1995 to develop innovative solutions for storing medical instruments more efficiently.
Their goal was to organize instruments with a clear overview while ensuring optimal washing and sterilization capabilities. Today, their children and partners hold key positions within the company, bringing their specific expertise and training to continue this vision.
This expertise in manufacturing decontamination, sterilization, and transport trays for medical devices is internationally recognized, and our products are delivered to hospitals, private clinics, suppliers, and other medical device manufacturers worldwide.

Maximum Precision and Consistent Quality
Over the past few decades, we have become a leading supplier in both the Dutch and international markets due to our practical knowledge, reliability, and our ability to collaborate closely with our clients. The customer and the optimal solution are always at the center of our focus. Our approach varies depending on the task at hand, but we always strive for maximum precision and are capable of delivering consistent, reproducible quality.
NTOC is equipped with a modern and well-appointed manufacturing and assembly department, and our company employs qualified and motivated personnel. We combine advanced production technology with years of expertise, allowing us to manage the entire process and execute a wide variety of tasks in a relatively short timeframe.
Collaboration and Cooperation
The “best solution” approach has become ingrained in our company’s DNA and has been perfected over the years. Our extensive experience in the medical industry makes NTOC your ideal partner. We possess a wealth of specialized knowledge and experience. Our goal is to translate your needs into a final product, and we fully invest ourselves in every project to achieve this!
That is why we make it a habit to closely collaborate with each client to present projects that fully align with their requirements.
We take an honest and pragmatic approach to everything we do, and we dedicate ourselves wholeheartedly to our work. We do this not only because we believe it’s essential for our clients, but also because our passion for our profession drives us to push ourselves and persist until we find the perfect solution. We think alongside our clients to find creative solutions and are happy to relieve you of any concerns.
NTOC can take care of the entire process for you, from the initial idea to the fully finished final product.
Minimal Contact Concept
NTOC developed the Minimal Contact Concept (MCC) for fixing medical equipment and accessories. This form of fixation follows the contours of the instrument being secured, using the minimal number of fixation points. When used correctly, this method ensures maximum accessibility during the cleaning process. Additionally, the MCC offers the best possible protection while using the minimum amount of added material.
MCC is a design philosophy that seeks the optimal balance between ease of cleaning, sterilization, transport (within the healthcare facility), and ease of use for the various departments involved with the instrument sets. Furthermore, we strive to optimize space layout based on customer requirements and applicable laws and regulations.
